Team Coaching in the Workplace

A webinar that focused on culture, social psychology, personality and a glimpse into corporate governance. The workshop was a shorter version of a one-day masterclass at an EMCC Annual conference.

Social psychology and in particular social cognition are important to understand a range of phenomena: how we are primed (Cialdini), how we construct categories for social relations, how we acquire social identity and more – these are all factors behind minority/majority, groupthink, the Stockholm syndrome and a host of others.
